Kyle Barker, tenor, is a graduate of Texas Christian University and Collin College. He holds a bachelor’s degree in music education with a concentration in vocal music. From 2020 to 2022, he served as the head choir director at Carpenter Middle School, where his choirs earned Sweepstakes ratings at UIL.

Although he specializes in classical art music and opera, Mr. Barker also has a passion for jazz, musical theatre, and pop music. He has performed as both a soloist and section leader at churches throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He currently serves as a tenor section leader at Highland Park Presbyterian Church and sings with the Highland Park Chorale.

Mr. Barker has also worked professionally as an audio engineer for the past three years at churches throughout the DFW area and at Camp Sweeney. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing drums in his band, and playing video games.
